Each year, we produced the activity report brochure for FonPro (Cantonal Foundation for the Promotion of Vocational Training). In 2020 and 2021, this project was entrusted to me. The base design was already established, but the challenge was to bring freshness and make it stand out more from the previous year’s report. I therefore:
- Took part in virtual meetings with the Secretary General
- Proposed a new color palette
- Suggested new layout ideas
- Created charts reflecting the updated figures
- Coordinated with the photographer
- Laid out the new texts
- Integrated the updated figures into the accounts and balance sheet pages
- Coordinated with the printer

Once the brochure was printed, it was important to update the website. It undergoes a transformation. This led me to:
- Transfer the charts from the report to the website
- Update the color codes
- Update the board of directors as well as their new portraits
